Job Title : Senior or Principal Town Planner

Location: Norwich / Ipswich

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 pa, DOE

An established planning consultancy in Rugby is looking for a skilled and driven Town Planner to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
- As a Senior and Principal Town Planner, you are managing and preparing planning applications from inception to completion.
- Conducting thorough site assessments and planning evaluations.
- Engaging with clients, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
- Providing strategic planning advice and solutions to complex projects.

Required Skills & Experience:
- A relevant planning qualification (RTPI or similar).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- A solid understanding of UK planning policies and legislation through Town Planning consultancy work.
