About the Role:
Join our NHS client in Tunbridge Wells as a dedicated Health Visitor, where you'll play a pivotal role in promoting health and well-being within the community. You'll manage caseloads and deliver the Healthy Child programme, ensuring exceptional care for families and individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting maternal mood assessments and new birth visits
Championing child safeguarding and promoting overall well-being
Collaborating effectively within multi-agency settings
Essential Skills/Experience:

SCPHN Health Visitor Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate
Current NMC Registration
Proficient in computerized recordkeeping (experience with Rio system preferred) and Excel
Strong communication skills and ability to work in diverse teams
