Our client in the Wednesbury area is looking for a Bulk Oil Administrator to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!
Benefits:
Salary - £23,000 to £25,000 per annum
Hours - Monday to Friday - 08:30am to 16:30pm (30 Minute lunch)
Fully office based.
Location - Wednesbury

Role & Responsibilities:
Ensure any delivery issues are responded to as soon as possible.
Communicate with the Weighbridge booking and the planning team.
Maintain bulk oils and fats booking in sheets daily.
Schedule daily bulk oil requirements
Ensure deliveries are booked onto the system in a timely manner, to ensure invoices are raised in the same week.
Assist in queries regarding invoices, booking and pricing.
Check haulage invoices for accuracy and communicate with Operations for invoice Sign off
Lease with accounts ensuring payments and queries are dealt with promptly.
Assist with general enquiries/ admin assistance within the bulk oil supply chain department.
Required Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of Supply Chain Access (not desirable as training will be provided)
Excellent communication skills via face-to-face, emails, teams and telephone
Proficient with MS Excel, e.g. Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
Ability to work independently and self-manage your daily tasks.
Excellent attention detail
