The Role:

As a Revit Technician, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing Revit models, producing detailed drawings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality building designs. This position offers the opportunity for career growth, with the chance to take on team management responsibilities within a few years, as the company continues to expand.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Developing Revit models and producing accurate technical drawings for various projects.

* Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet client expectations and project specifications.

* Ensuring the effective management of project documentation and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

* Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members and contributing to the development of best practices.

* Being involved in the transition from design to construction phases, ensuring smooth implementation of the Revit models.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Revit Technician within the building services or construction industry.

* Strong proficiency in Revit software and BIM processes.

* Solid understanding of building systems and technical drawing production.

* Experience working on a variety of projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.

* Ambition to grow into a management role within a few years.
