Location: Brockworth, Gloucestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Hybrid working
Salary: £24,100 increasing to £25,600 after 18 months
MUST BE ABLE TO START ON 7TH OCTOBER 2024 FOR 6 WEEKS TRAINING (WITH NO HOLIDAY DURING THIS TIME)
Job Description
Our leading client is on the hunt for Customer Service Advisors to join their rapidly growing team!

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor
* Assess claims and evaluate damage in line with policy guidelines.
* Answer any inbound calls and questions regarding claim
* Identify potential fraud indicators and proactively escalate to the relevant department.
* Ensure clear understanding of customer needs and expectations.
* Maintain consistent and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and notes.
Key Skills of a Customer Service Advisor
* Customer service experience is a plus but not required; attitude and potential are valued.
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with the capability to write letters in line with company standards.
* Ability to negotiate and influence others whilst maintaining an empathetic approach.
* Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Team-oriented and collaborative.
* Positive attitude and commitment to an inclusive team environment.
