Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate (negotiable based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate

Requirements:

* Experience: Prior experience in build cleaning is essential.

* Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible hours to meet site demands.

* Own Equipment: Cleaner must have their own cleaning supplies and equipment.

Job Description:

This role involves carrying out three distinct types of cleans for each property:

* Build Clean: Preparing newly built properties for the next stage by removing dust, debris, and other construction residues.

* Sparkle Clean: Giving properties a final deep clean to make them shine for potential buyers or residents.

* Reclean: Ensuring any final touches are completed, leaving the property in pristine condition.
