The Opportunity:
Are you ready for a dynamic, fast-paced role where your residential conveyancing skills will shine? We're seeking an individual who excels in managing a high volume of files from inception to completion and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Key Qualifications:
* Experience in residential conveyancing is advantageous.
* Ability to handle multiple files from start to finish.
* Proven talent for achieving targets while maintaining high standards.
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Personable, enthusiastic, and confident with excellent customer service abilities.
* Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
In this pivotal role, you'll represent developers in managing the sale of approximately 150 new homes annually. Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing and setting up all legal documents and sales packs.
* Issuing documents within agreed timescales upon new home reservations.
* Addressing all inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Ensuring contracts are exchanged within client deadlines.
* Completing each sale smoothly and efficiently.
* Maintaining seamless communication with clients and purchaser's solicitors throughout the transaction process.
