An experienced Production Planner is sought for a dynamic role encompassing end-to-end planning in a manufacturing setting. From approving routings to scheduling shop orders and ensuring MRP accuracy, this position collaborates closely with production and purchasing. Suitable for:
This role is ideal for individuals with strong MRP knowledge, planning and scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment, and familiarity with precision engineering and assembly operations. Candidates with ERP system proficiency, particularly in IFS, are encouraged to apply. Adept problem-solvers with Lean and/or Six Sigma exposure will find this opportunity advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide ERP system support, ensuring functional and transactional excellence.
Conduct Material Availability Planning and control shop orders.
Manage production documents, revisions, and MRP planning data.
Execute production reporting and respond to queries via phone, email, and Teams.Requirements:

Strong ERP & MRP systems experience
Proven Planning & Scheduling experience
IT literate using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience working with Manufacturing.Location: Accrington
Perm: circa £32k - £37k (dependent on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week. Flexible hours, and early finish Friday.
