Job Title: Block Manager

Location: Dorking (Hybrid working)

Salary: Circa £33,000

The Role

We are seeking a Block Managers to join a property consultancy in their Dorking office. As the successful Block Manager you’ll be looking after a number of buildings and a total portfolio of around 500 – 600 units. We are open to speaking to Property Managers, Lettings Managers and of course Block Managers in the local area.

The Company

This company is a well established property consultancy with a number of offices across Surrey and offer a number on services such as sales & lettings, town planning, block & estate management, acquisitions, lease & rent renewals, valuations and more. They operate in both commercial and residential properties.

The role will require

* Day-to-day management of the property portfolio

* Liaise with all stakeholders with regards to any issues

* Attend meetings

* Get quotes for repair & maintenance

* Appoint suitable contractors to carry out work required

* Liaise with accounts team with regards to service charge payments and invoices

* Work with Coordinators

* Ensure all clients are advised on lease, H&S, new legislation, Fire risks etc

* Annual inspections and inspections before and after repairs are completed

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Previous experience in block/property management

* UK driving licence

Salary & Benefits

* Circa £33,000 DOE

* Hybrid working (once probation is passed)

* 9am – 5:30am (37.5 hrs/wk)
