Role: Motor Trade Receptionist
Location: Portslade
Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm) and every other Saturday (8:00am - 12:00pm)
Pay: £30,000 (OTE) per annum based on ability and training
Contract: Permanent / Full Time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Motor Trade Receptionist to join a growing and successful business based in Portslade.

The Requirements:

Previous experience in a front-desk role within the automotive industry is a must.
Confident using digital platforms such as Evhc, 1-Link, and various office management tools.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, particularly in handling phone interactions professionally.
High level of accuracy when inputting and managing data.
Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Capable of working both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
The Role:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their visit.
Professionally handle incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
Keep the front desk area well-organised and presentable to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Utilise digital tools and office software to efficiently manage administrative responsibilities.
Effectively convey customer needs and service requests to the workshop team with precision.
