Our world’s biggest client are now in search for a Facilities Coordinator to an amazing site which is home to one of the biggest names in insurance, here you will be covering one floor based in a multi tenanted office space.
Our ideal candidate will someone who is positive, pro active and a good attitude towards helping people. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to get into an office / facilities based role.
Office Duties
* Setting up meeting rooms
* Booking in meeting rooms
* Managing 1 floor in a commercial office
* Floor walks
* Reporting any maintenance issues to the maintenance team
* Assist other engineers onsite as required
* Replenishing food and drinks
* Meet & greeting clients
