Position overview:
Seeking an exceptional and experienced Family Butler for a private household. The Family Butler will be responsible for overseeing and delivering world-class service, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the residence, and providing an elevated level of hospitality and discretion. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of service excellence, luxury lifestyle management, and impeccable attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:
• Provide ultra-personalized service to principals, family members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience.
• Oversee dining arrangements, including table settings, and meal service.
• Manage household protocols, etiquette, and discretion to uphold a refined and private environment.
• Supervise/Manage household staff and liaise with house managers, chefs, chauffeurs, and other service personnel to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with wardrobe management, including packing, unpacking, and care of fine garments.
• Plan, organize and execute events, receptions, and intimate gatherings with meticulous attention to detail.
• Manage guest accommodations and hospitality, ensuring all needs are met with discretion and foresight.
• Manage with household budget, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective procurement and value creation.
• Oversee household inventory, stock levels, and procurement of fine goods, wine, and other household essentials.
• Conduct butler-style concierge services, such as travel coordination, reservations, and personalized assistance.
• Maintain security awareness, and high confidentiality at all times.

Key qualifications & experience:
• 8+ years' experience in a similar role within UHNW households, luxury hotels, or private estates.
• Extensive knowledge of service, dining, and events.
• Track record in providing anticipatory service
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with household staff seamlessly.
• Exceptional discretion, professionalism, and an acute attention to detail.
• Knowledge of luxury wardrobe care, high-end furnishings, and household management.
• Highly flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing schedules and shifting priorities.
• A polished, service-oriented demeanour with a warm yet professional approach.
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
• A valid driver's license and owns a car.
