A long-standing and highly regarded main contractor based in Surrey is actively seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Senior Quantity Surveyor – Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with directors and project teams from pre-construction through to final accounts
• Manage and oversee project costs, contracts, and procurement activities
• Deliver commercial performance across a variety of projects
• Ensure effective financial reporting and cost control
• Attend site visits and client meetings as required

Senior Quantity Surveyor – What We're Looking For:

• Proven background as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within a main contractor setting
• Experience working on projects ranging from £1m to £10m
• Strong commercial acumen and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Based within commuting distance of Surrey – this is a fully office-based role
