BRIEF 
 
LEGGWORK are seeking a Site Manager to join a project on a small high-end housing site in Tetbury. The ideal candidate will have a large background in construction working in various trades roles. Experience managing high-end residential projects will be essential. We are looking for successful candidates to start 10/03 and the job is expected to last 9 months. You will work closely with the project managers and contractors to ensure the projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standard. 

WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF ME?

Coordinate with project managers to create and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving to resolve site-related issues
Effectively Communicate with the construction team to inform stakeholders of the project's progress, changes, and concerns.
Assure health and safety procedures are carried out, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance on all projects  
 
WHAT WILL I NEED?

Previous experience as site engineer on Build projects that are of a very high standard.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their implementation on construction sites. 
Valid SSSTS OR SMSTS qualification 
Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
