Connect2socialwork are urgently looking for a Childrens Team Manager to join their great Safeguarding and Children with Disabilities Teams . Paying Up to £56,151 per annum this role is on a permanent basis.

Role Responsibilities:

Eligible to work in the UK
Drive and have access to a car
Post-qualified experience
Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
You will be lead multi-agency planning for children and have the ability to deliver excellent practice standards, within the legal framework to achieve the best possible outcomes for our children and families.
You will be responsible for allocating team workloads and providing case management.
Provide supervision with approaches to practice which is proportionate to identify risk and need.
