BEM Launch Engineer - Wolverhampton - £29.61/hr (Inside IR35)

We’re looking for a BEM Launch Engineer to join a renowned automotive company based in Wolverhampton. This is your chance to play a key role in the Powertrain Division, supporting the launch and optimisation of cutting-edge battery technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Develop and implement methods to maximise production efficiency and resource use.
Lead studies in cost control, inventory management, and production processes.
Support plant engineers with facility planning and operational improvements.
Contribute to health & safety strategies and support training initiatives.
Optimise interconnected manufacturing systems to drive performance.
Apply problem-solving and HV battery expertise to improve manufacturing processes.
What You’ll Bring:

A degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (preferred).
In-depth knowledge of battery systems and design principles.
Hands-on experience in process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of the PCDS framework and familiarity with AIMS & issue management tools.
