We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer in the Bristol area.

Main Duties:

Maximize and generate client quotations based on service visits, callouts, and insurance reports.
Generate minor and major repair quotes, including modernizations.
Follow-up on client quotes and manage expectations.
Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction during the quotation process.
Process orders and manage stage payments using the in-house maintenance system.
Order parts within the given budget and timeframe.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate quotes.
Monitor workload to meet monthly targets.
Process timesheets in the absence of the Regional Manager.Person Specification:

Experience in managing high volumes of communication.
Confident communication via telephone and email (especially with Outlook).
Proficient in Microsoft Word.
Experience in quoting based on insurance reports.
Preferred experience in the lift industry, or relevant engineering background (training provided).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and in a team
