Description

Duties of the Hire Desk Administrator include:

Coordinating and organising plant hire schedules
Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of plant equipment
Monitoring and managing plant hire costs
Ensuring all plant equipment is compliant with safety standards
Providing administrative support to the operations team
Assisting with the resolution of any plant hire related issues
Maintaining accurate records of plant hire transactions
Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholdersProfile

A successful Plant Hire Coordinator should have:
