A HR Business Partner is needed to provide invaluable support and expertise within a well-established Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading on projects (specifically TUPE) and BAU duties across this values-driven Not For Profit organisation.

Description

The key focus of this role is to drive HR Projects, specifically a TUPE.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Drive HR prjects, along with HRBP BAU duties.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement and motivation.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Profile

A successful People Business Partner should have:

Proven working experience as an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Advsior.
TUPE experience is essential.
People-oriented and results-driven demonstrable experience.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and UK labour law.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.Job Offer
