REF 0016 - HR MANAGER – CHELSEA AREA - £50K BASE SALARY + BENEFITS – UNIQUE CARE PROVIDER

Forest Care Selection is currently working with a unique and well-established homecare provider, based in the Chelsea area.

This specialist care provider is seeking a HR Manager to work within their busy team, based in the Chelsea area. The office manager will become part of the senior leadership team and will support in delivering the highest standard of person-centred care, to a variety of individuals in their own homes.

The HR Manager based in Chelsea will be responsible for:

* Managing the HR team and overseeing all HR functions within the business

* Working alongside the training manager to ensure all staff are trained to a high standard

* Working in partnership with the registered manager to ensure policies and procedures are current and align with legislation.

* Managing the recruitment, training and onboarding process within the office

* Advising the senior management team on legislation changes and support in complex cases.

* Working closely with care coordinators and managing annual leave within the team.

* Overseeing office payroll

The HR Manager based in Chelsea will require:

* Previous experience in managing an office, ideally within the Home or wider Social Care sector.

* Excellent understanding of HR and hold a CIPD qualification

* Good understanding of CQC and current legislation

* The ability to think on their feet and communicate at a senior level.

* Flexible approach and be willing to support all business areas.
