We are looking for an Area Housing Manager to assist a Local Authority with managing their housing services.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring housing projects are managed effectively and efficiently
- Managing the services provided across the housing department
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Engaging with customers and residents to ensure continuous improvement to the service can be achieved

Candidate requirements:

- Must have experience of managing housing services at another Local Authority
