About Us:
We are working on behalf of a leading specialist in construction, dilapidation, structural repair, refurbishment, waterproofing, and leak sealing. As part of their growing team, we are seeking skilled Tanking and Waterproofing Operatives for projects across London.

Role Overview:
As a Tanking and Waterproofing Operative, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various waterproofing systems, ensuring that basements, vaults, and other structures are protected from water ingress. This includes applying membranes, slurries, and other materials, as well as performing resin and acrylic injections when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

* Apply tanking systems to basements, vaults, and other structures.

* Install waterproofing membranes (spray-applied, cementitious, etc.).

* Perform waterproofing and leak-sealing tasks using specialised materials.

* Conduct resin and acrylic injections to prevent water penetration.

* Collaborate with site teams to ensure projects are delivered to high standards.

* Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in tanking and waterproofing, particularly with the application of various waterproofing systems.

* Familiarity with waterproofing membranes, resin injections, and cementitious slurries.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) is required.

* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in waterproofing (preferred but not essential).

* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
