Red Recruitment is recruiting an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our client in Covent Garden, London on a 2- week temporary basis.

Our client provides property management services and delivers a market-leading service to its existing client base. You will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the office and ensuring that all office systems are managed and maintained efficiently.

The hourly rate is between £14.36 - £15.38 per hour and the start date is 14th of October.

Package for an Office Administrator/Receptionist:

Salary: £14.36 - £15.38 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Contract type: Temporary, 2 weeks

Start date: 14th OctoberKey Responsibilities of an Office Administrator/Receptionist:

Greeting clients and visitors with excellent customer service
Managing and coordinating the diary, including liaising with internal and external contacts to arrange meetings and conference calls
Organising and booking meetings internally and externally for colleagues and clients
Monitoring the general email box, logging client expenditure invoices and managing and submitting office expenses
Assisting with organising events internally and externally such as training days, team outings, charity events and client parties
Handling various travel requests within the UK and internationally such as flights, hotels, train tickets and taxisKey Skills and Experience of an Office Administrator/Receptionist:

Proven administrative and client/customer service experience is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written is required
Excellent computer literacy skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
You should be highly organised with administrative skills
You should be able to use your initiative and take responsibility
