As a Senior Nurse, you'll be responsible for:

Leading a specific part of the care home and ensuring the highest level of care.
Managing the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager.
Reporting on residents' health issues and ensuring their dignity and wellbeing.
Administering medication and monitoring residents' health.
Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students.
Advocating for a person-centred approach to care.
Recognising and reporting signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.Package and Benefits:

Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
Possess excellent communication skills.
Advocate for a person-centred approach to care.
Be able to recognise and report signs of abuse, harm, or neglect.
