Finance Analyst

Location: Weybridge

Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000

Responsibilities:

• Register Business Opportunities, Projects in Salesforce, SAP System.

• Manage Project Master Tracker including Customer Contact, Billing, Sales Revenue, Cost by Type, Expected Profit.

• Process Direct Costs and Verify Expense Details and Recharge to the Client.

• Prepare Billing and Upload Invoices onto Customer Owned Systems like BQMS.

• Support Project Managers in Managing AR Overdue and Create Rolling Plans for Sales Revenue and Profit.

• Ensure accurate Monitoring of Sales Revenue and Cost Recognition in the System.

• Assist with Month-End Financial Closing including Labour Cost Allocation and Accrual List Preparation.

• Generate Financial Reports indicating variances between Forecast, Annual Plan and Actual Closing, and Prepare Annual Plans for the following year.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.

• Extensive experience in financial analysis or related fields, embodying a strong capability in strategic financial management.

• Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
