Description

Develop and implement the CRM strategy to enhance customer retention and loyalty
Conduct customer segmentation and tailor marketing communication accordingly
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate CRM plans into the overall marketing strategy
Monitor and analyse customer behaviour to inform CRM strategies
Report on CRM campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
Ensure data collection and management practices are compliant with regulations
Assist in the development of customer loyalty programmes
Stay abreast of CRM trends in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector and implement best practicesProfile

A successful CRM Executive should have:

Experience in CRM
Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
