Exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator in a dynamic and collaborative work environment!

The role is permanent and full-time working M-F 9-5.30 with a salary range of £24k-£26k depending on experience.

Some of the duties you'll be responsible for day to day:

Engaging with customers through various channels, including email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions regarding updates on open work items
Managing and updating internal systems, processing invoices and updating work items in real time
Drafting legal documents and updating contracts
Collaborating with warehouse and maintenance teams
Supporting the front-end service team
Requirements for Success:

Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in IT applications and systems
Good team working skills
A pro-active attitude
