Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver and implement the digital marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the wider marketing plan
* Support in the development of digital campaigns with the aim of increasing brand awareness and online traffic
* Produce SEO-rich and engaging copy to be used across all digital channels, including the website, social media sites, blogs, and case studies
* Take ownership of all email marketing activity which involves developing engaging and targeted emails to be sent through the CRM
* Manage the company's social media channels, which includes scheduling content using Hootsuite, developing captivating graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and creating engaging copy
* Maintain the company website, ensuring it is regularly updated and working with an external developer to identify and implement structural changes
* Utilise Google Analytics and SEMrush to measure and report on digital marketing success, using these findings to improve and inform future campaigns and digital activity
* Collaborate with an external PR agency to develop press releases and increase brand awareness through positive media relations
* Use SEO and PPC to drive website and social media traffic, with the support of the Head of Marketing
* Undertake regular competitor activity to identify areas of improvement
* Monitor digital trends and insights to optimise online performance and inform content
Digital Marketing Executive Skills and Experience:
* Possesses broad marketing experience with a particular emphasis on digital marketing
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and has experience in managing social media channels
* Strong content writing skills and an understanding of SEO
* Knowledge and experience of using paid ads would be advantageous
* Analytically minded and insight-driven, with experience in using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and social and email analytics
* Proficient user of WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and MS Office
* Experienced working in collaboration with external agencies
* A degree in Marketing or English would be preferred but not essential
