Site Manager – Internals, New Build Industrial Units - Edmonton

Our client are a leading contractor within the Industrial sect and they are looking for a skilled Site Manager to oversee the internal works on a new build industrial units project. Initially a 12-week contract, there is potential for longer-term opportunities based on performance and project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the internal fit-out phase, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

* Coordinating with subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.

* Overseeing health and safety protocols and compliance across the site.

* Resolving on-site challenges efficiently and reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing internal works on new build projects, ideally industrial units.

* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

* Strong organisational and leadership skills with a focus on quality and safety.

* Excellent communication skills for liaising with teams and stakeholders.
