My client are seeking talented professionals to lead and manage a quality team on a complex nuclear design and construction project. This is not just another job - it's a career where your expertise can contribute to the country's defence and security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the quality team
- Ensure QA and QC compliance with legal requirements, client standards, ISO standards
- Ensure suitable governance and assurance of the project
- Manage Quality related KPI's and audits
- Develop project-specific quality plans
- Oversee QA/QC team and ensure adoption of pragmatic approaches
- Handle internal and external audits effectively
- Manage supply chain quality and performance
- Monitor and report on performance against Quality KPI’s

Key Requirements:

*Essential Qualifications:*
- HND/NVQ Level 5/CQI Diploma or equivalent professional experience that meets Chartered Member standards

*Desirable Qualifications:*
- Lead Auditor Qualification (ISO9001)

*Essential Experience:*
- Working with ISO9001 & GS-R-3 standards
- Root cause investigation and preventive measures
- Risk-based QA/QC management
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proven experience managing QA/QC in highly regulated industries

*Desirable Experience:*
- Knowledge of Pressure Equipment Directive, EN1090, ISO 3834-2, ISO19443 standards
