Job Title: Senior CAD Technician

Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid working – 1day WFH)

Salary: £DOE

The Role

We are seeking a number a Senior CAD Technician to join a growing practice in their Essex office. As the successful candidate you’ll have a strong background working on drawings for large scale residential developments for either housebuilders and housing associations. This practice are open to candidates from an architecture firm or housebuilder.

The Company

This company is a multi-disciplinary practice works across residential schemes, commercial, landscape, urban design, healthcare, interior design, sports & leisure facilities and retail projects.

The role will require

* Deliver working drawings

* Work closely with the technical team

* Liaise with external parties such as consultants and clients

* Ensure own drawings are kept to a high standard at all times

* Assist the wider team

Desired Skills & Qualifications

* Experienced delivering working drawings

* Previous experience working on large residential developments

* Technical knowledge within the housebuilding industry

* Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office

* Revit experience would be advantageous

Salary & Benefits

* Salary is dependent on experience

* 1 day per week WFH
