About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a classroom in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll be expected to ensure that students remain focused and engaged with the work set by the teacher, while creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

Fluency in Welsh
Strong communication skills
A passion for working with young people
Flexibility and reliability
Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous but not essential
