Experience:
* Extensive experience in business development within the facilities management or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) sectors.
* Proven track record in developing new business opportunities, particularly in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) projects.
* Strong ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
* Expertise in creating and executing strategic business development plans.
* Proficient in sales operations, including managing activity, sales, revenue, and performance.
What Will You Be Doing as Business Development Manager?
* Leading efforts to develop and expand our clients PPM client base with a hands-on approach, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities for PPM projects.
* Developing and implementing strategic business development plans to secure new PPM clients.
* Collaborating directly with the Managing Director to shape the company’s business development strategy for PPM projects.
* Building and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring trust and longevity.
* Overseeing business development operations, including identifying new business opportunities, revenue tracking, and team performance.
* Providing regular reports and insights to the board, contributing to strategic decision-making.
* Mentoring and developing business development team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
