Our client is looking to grow our already successful team working in the commercial flooring sector of the Construction Industry. We are looking for an experienced person with excellent people skills in Customer relationship Management, Project Management, Costing Systems and Estimating. In addition,they will be expected to support other members of the team and display a "can do" attitude at all times with an outstanding attitude. The level of experience will justify the higher salary figure advertised.

A Knowledge of the flooring industry is essential along with knowledge of some of the following computer software’s:
•Callidus
•Excel
•Word
•Outlook
•Database Management systems
The successful candidate will at times be required to work outside of normal working hours, over weekends during very busy times and when your projects run over these periods. Driving throughout the UK and Ireland may be required to carry out surveys and manage projects, although this is role aimed primarily at the East Midlands Territory.
A company vehicle will be included as site visits will be required regularly. Alternately, we will consider a mileage allowance for use of own vehicle.Responsibilities and Duties•Estimating•Using Callidus software to quantify drawings and site dimensions.•Using a bespoke database system to calculate estimates and quotations and to manage project costs to ensure jobs remain profitable.•Internal training will be provided.Project Management•Liaising with Suppliers, Fitters, Clients, Estimators and Admin staff.•Contacting new and existing customers.•Purchasing materials and allocating and managing labour requirements.•Liaise with Managing Director and team to identify new markets and opportunities and to help maintain the smooth running and positive morale throughout the business.•Admin staff will support you with these duties.Qualifications and Skills•Previous experience within the commercial flooring industry is essential.•Experience in Estimating, project management, costing and managingoperatives is essential.Benefits•Financial Bonus Scheme.•Company Vehicle.•Mobile Phone & Contract for business calls or allowance against personal phone.•Free Eye Annual Tests.•Training provided where identified and required
