We have an opportunity to join a Global Engineering business as a Site Project Administrator. In this role, you will provide vital operational support to the on-site project managers/engineers and project teams in order to achieve successful and timely completion of projects, ensuring effective, smooth-running of the operational site.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor of cost/sales budgets on the company’s system.
* Monitor and analyse progress of project & prepare draft of monthly payment applications in a timely manner.
* Resource tracking, cross referencing to weekly timesheets.
* Purchase order tracking ensuring communication with project manager on status.
* Preparation of the monthly major contract review presentation.
* Ensuring all project related meetings are documented and maintained for external audit.
* Administrative assistance to the H&S Manager / Advisor with on site reporting.
* To produce key management information including reports, presentations etc., to support the activities of the operational site.
* Work closely with the central finance team and project team to ensure an efficient sales invoicing process by providing agreed invoicing milestones and internal journals as well as cost tracking activities.
* Keeping a record of training in the project training matrix.
* Complete and submit the weekly report, liaising with the project team.
* Provide general administration support to the project team.
* Arrange meetings and events and take minutes as necessary.

* Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
* Experience within a site-based construction or engineering environment
* Experience of producing presentations and reports
* Experience of using multiple internal database systems
* Excellent written and verbal skills at technical and professional levels
* Experience dealing with finance administration.
* Able to work independently or as part of a team / operate effectively whilst under pressure to resolve problems / adjust to changing situations and personalities.
* Time management skills, and able to prioritise multiple tasks
