We are looking for an Architectural Technician, Timber Frame or SIPS Designer, or Building Designer who has:

* Good knowledge of the structural elements of a building (although training will be given in the specific system)
* Experienced in the use of Revit and/or AutoCAD and Sketchup
* Understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic
* Ability to organise yourself and your workload

Your role will involve:
* Design ownership of your projects from instruction through to completion on site
* Producing drawings and other information for workshop and construction colleagues
* Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
* Whilst initially designing components, connections etc, you will eventually be taking on the whole superstructure design

You will be joining a company working with housing solutions aimed at both the self build sector and regional house builder with solutions that offer very low u-values offering fantastic energy solutions to the home owner.
