Based in Godalming

* £22,000 - £30,000 salary (DOE)

* 25 days holiday (3 to be taken at Christmas) + bank holidays

Job specification:

* Setting up and maintaining workstations, printers, and scanners.

* Installing and configuring necessary software applications.

* Offering technical support and assistance to end-users.

* Managing and administering user accounts through Active Directory.

* Diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software issues.

* Assisting with fundamental network tasks such as DNS and DHCP.

Person specification:

* 1+ years’ experience in IT Support or similar.

* Proficient in MS Office.

* IT certifications would be an advantage.

* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

* Problem solver who can adapt to new systems.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Comfortable meeting deadlines and multi-tasking.
