Job Title: CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator

Shift: 6:00am - 18:00pm, Monday to Thursday.

Night shift is also available if preferred

Rate: Candidate's salary requirements are considered as client is keen to find the right person.

The Job

* Programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machines, specifically Hermle controls. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED

* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings to produce precision components.

* Proving out programs, fault finding, and optimizing performance.

* Machining extremely precise medical equipment using exotic medical grade materials, low batch.

* Ensuring quality and accuracy of machined parts through self-inspection.

Requirements

* Able to take a model and create a program offline / setup machine / operate

* Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter.

* Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong communication skills.

* Commitment to quality and safety.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
