I am currently working with a dynamic multidisciplinary consultancy looking for a passionate Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their Manchester Office.

Our client provides a full range of traditional Quantity Surveying and cost management services specialising in Health, Education, Commercial, Residential and Community sectors.

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in developing cost plans and budgets, being involved in projects from the start and managing relationships. You will be working alongside an experienced team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to various projects.

What They Are Looking For:

BSc or MSc in a RICS accredited degree.
PQS experience
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of contract administration and various forms of contract.
Eager to progress
