Junior Energy Analyst

About the Role:

Join our Energy Intelligence Team as a Junior Energy Analyst, supporting operations and engineering with critical data analysis and reporting. You'll play a key role in monitoring and improving energy performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and contributing to energy budgets and reports. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow into a leading industry specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, monitor, and report on plant performance, including thermal and electrical efficiencies.
Maintain and develop data collection systems for accurate reporting.
Analyse energy schemes for trends, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements.
Calculate energy revenues and costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency gains.
Support the team in ensuring regulatory, sustainability, and incentive reporting requirements are met.

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK.
Minimum 2:1 degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.
Understanding of district energy, CHP, and heating/cooling systems.
Positive, proactive approach with a desire to develop within the energy sector.
