Overtime rate: £18.72 per hour (after 37.5 hours)

Job Description:

Barker Ross is seeking dedicated Production Line Leaders to join our team and work for our client based in Desborough.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and who are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of packers on the production line.
Ensure that all packing operations are performed accurately and efficiently.
Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the packing process.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely availability of materials.
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety regulations.
Report on production metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Address any issues that arise on the packing line promptly and effectively.Key Skills:

Additional Information:
Attire: You will be required to wear a hair net, overalls, gloves, and safety boots, all of which will be provided by the site to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met.
