* Are you a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience of social housing planned maintenance and refurbishment contracts?

Working with the Regional Director and supported by a commercial team, you will be able to build upon recent and long term successes - and drive the business.
You will be able to assertively manage and motivate, using your professional expertise to establish processes and bring the best out of your commercial team - leading from 'the front' with a 'can-do' attitude.
