About the Role: As a Design Engineer, you'll support our Operations Team, taking responsibility for creating design work across a variety of healthcare projects. From hoisting systems to hydrotherapy environments, you'll be working on innovative solutions that improve clinical outcomes and enhance patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Adhere to company guidelines and industry best practices throughout the design process

* Collaborate on a variety of healthcare projects, including hoisting systems and hydrotherapy environments

* Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and producing solutions that meet project requirements

* Work within AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM Level 2 guidelines to create technical documents and ensure compliance

* Attend and, when required, lead design meetings alongside sales and project teams

What We’re Looking For:

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and experience in working within CDE formats (BIM 360 – 4P)

* At least 2 years of experience in construction, contracting, or a related sector

* Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015

* Excellent communication skills and a high level of task management
