General Builder (Permanent Contract)
We are seeking a skilled General Builder to join our team on a permanent contract with our social housing client. This role offers a competitive salary of £30,500 per annum and a range of benefits, including paid sick days, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, van and fuel card provided and a pension plan.

General Builder Key Responsibilities:

External Rendering: Conduct high-quality external rendering on various properties.
Brick and Block Work: Undertake bricklaying and block work as required by the project.
Damp and Mould Team: Collaborate with our specialist team to address damp and mould issues in properties.
Property Maintenance: Work on both tenanted and void properties to ensure all building works are completed to a high standard.

General Builder Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience in general building, particularly in external rendering, bricklaying, and block work.
Driving License: A full, clean UK driving license is essential.
Tools: Basic tools required; a company van and fuel card are provided.
Health and Safety: Adherence to all health and safety regulations and company standards is mandatory.

General Builder Role Benefits:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.
