Credit Controller

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my prestigious client, based in Chesterfield, for an experienced Credit Controller to join on a full-time, permanent basis.

The job involves monitoring aged debt and cash flow, preparing reports, managing collections and billing, resolving invoices, accurately inputting customer receipts, liaising with internal departments, communicating professionally with customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and positively representing the company and its values.

About the role:

* Monitoring the aged debt and cash flow across multiple trading currencies

* Preparing aged debt reports

* Ensuring timely management of collections and billing

* Management and resolution of internal and external invoice queries

* Managing sales ledger

Hours and Pay:

* Monday to Friday

* Salary up to £30,000 - dependent on experience

* Permanent

About you:

* Proven Credit Control experience is essential

* Multi currency accounting experience would be advantageous

* Competent daily user of Microsoft Office and Excel

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Ability to meet deadlines and targets

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
