Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update the sales and purchase ledgers accurately and timely.
* Process invoices, credit notes, and payments using Sage (experience essential).
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Assist with month-end processes, including ledger reviews and adjustments.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to address and resolve queries.
* Support the wider business with ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks.
About You:
* Experience in sales and purchase ledger roles is essential.
* Proficient in Sage accounting software (mandatory).
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
