On behalf of our Client, KCS is looking for a site manager to start ASAP in Bradford.

Duration: 2 months

Working hours: 08:00-16:30

Rate: negotiable

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the project site.
- Manage and coordinate a team of 3 operatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Utilize in-house QA sheets for quality assurance.
- Liaise with stakeholders and report on project progress.

Requirements:
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential
- Good understanding of cladding systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
- Candidates are encouraged to bring their own laptops for convenience, though one can be provided if absolutely necessary.
- Immediate start available.
