CJ23253 – Care Assistant – Haywards Heath
We are currently looking for full time permanent Care Assistants to join one of my clients well established care homes in Haywards Heath.
This Care Home in Newport is a 35-bed luxury Elderly and Dementia residential home that has a ‘Good’ rated CQC in all areas.
We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, and compassionate Care Assistants, who would be open to progression and joining are family within the Care Home.

Details/Requirements for Care Assistant Role
* Care Assistant Full Time – 24/36/42/48 hours contacted per week
* Pay rate for Care Assistant role : £12.50ph - £13.50ph
* NVQ 2 or above in Health and Social Care
* 12-hour shifts (8am – 8pm/8pm to 8am)
* Alternate weekends
* 35 bedded Care Home
* Previous experience working as a Care Assistant in a Care Home
Duties for Care Assistant Role:
* Motivating residents to get the most out of their day
* Personal care
* Administering medication
* Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
* Taking part in daytime activities with the residents
