About the Role:

As an Adolescent Safeguarding Social Worker, you will:

* Conduct thorough assessments of young people's needs and risks

* Develop and implement effective care plans

* Work closely with families, schools, and other professionals

* Represent the needs of young people in court proceedings

* Participate in regular supervision and case reviews
