We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit experienced Plumber Multi Traders with additional skills such as basic electrics, kitchen fitting, plastering, tiling skills. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The job requires work and travel across North London (Camden, Enfield, Watford, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City). We are looking for people who live locally and are happy to travel.

Experienced Plumber Multi Traders

The role is to -

* Carry out property repairs and maintenance works – social housing

* Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:

·Full driving license (Must be UK)

·Own tools

·Time served or qualifications

·Experience of working in social housing

·DBS certificate (no more than 3 years ago)

·CSCS card – due to changes in legislation following the Grenfell Inquiry

·Available to work Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday every week
